The Tim Kliphuis Trio celebrate their 10th Anniversary in 2017. Festive concerts still being added in UK, South Africa, Netherlands and France.

The Tim Kliphuis Trio will appear at STV’s Live at Five show for a chat and some tunes on 16 February, before they play their concerts at Cottiers Glasgow and Queen’s Hall Edinburgh, see Tour Dates for details.
The Trio will appear on Scotland’s BBC radio’s Janice Forsyth Show on 15 February, ahead of their performances at Eden Court Inverness, Cottiers Glasgow and Queen’s Hall Edinburgh. Check out tour dates for details.

On 15th February, the Tim Kliphuis Trio kick off a year-long Tenth Anniversary tour celebrating highlights of their long touring career, as well as material from their orchestral premiere and Sony Classical release, “Reflecting the Seasons”.
Note: the 16th (Cottiers Glasgow) and 17th (Queens Hall Edinburgh) February concerts feature jazz fiddler Seonaid Aitken, classical violist Francesca Hunt and innovative cellist, Su-a Lee in a festive Sextet programme.
The Trio performed concerts with Tallinn Chamber Orchestra in three cities in Estonia, including the sold-out Tallinn Concert Hall. Their programme around “Reflecting the Seasons” touched harts and minds … a return for 2018 is being planned.
Next Saturday, the Tim Kliphuis Trio perform with orchestra again when they play Paard van Troje in The Hague, with Residentie Orkest (The Hague Philharmonic).
This show will premiere the definitive version of Reflecting the Seasons as released last October, as well as some Kliphuis, Ellington and Grappelli material.
